Arrive On Time
When we schedule your installation, you can count on our crews to arrive on the date and time specified.
Respect For Your Home
When they arrive at your home, the first step is protecting your floors and carpet from foot traffic. If they’ll be working around furniture, fixtures, or appliances, those will be protected as well.
Clean & Tidy Workspace
At the end of each workday, they sweep, vacuum, restore your home to its original condition, and remove all trash before leaving. The next day we start over.
Minimal Disruption to Your Life
We don’t stage the installation job in your home. Work is done outside and in our utility trailers that contain all the tools and materials needed for proper installation. That way, you can still live in your home and move about with minimal clutter and disruption.

On occasion during installation, hidden structural problems are revealed around the rough opening, such as water damage or insect damage. In the event there is a problem, we go ahead and fix it so that the installation schedule is not disrupted.

Our crews have the experience and resources of Northville Lumber to make the repairs. Depending on the scope of the damage, we will fix it at no charge to the homeowner or for a minimal cost to cover our time.
